Gift voucher terms of use

Gift vouchers are documents issued in accordance with these terms of use and entitling its owner to purchase as described herein. The issue value of gift vouchers is the threshold value for which the purchaser may buy products or services at the WAMP fairs by using the gift voucher.

1. Mandatory elements of the gift voucher:

2. Issuance of the gift voucher:

2.1. The gift voucher is a document produced via printing.

2.2. The issuer is entitled to issue the gift voucher in a quantity determined by the same with an issue value of 1000 HUF.

2.3. The issuer may destroy the gift voucher in its possession at any time.

2.4. The gift voucher does not qualify as money or securities.

2.5. Forging gift vouchers is a criminal offense.

2.6. The purchase price of the gift voucher may not deviate from the issue value thereof.

2.7. Upon purchasing or acquiring the gift voucher in any manner, the buyer shall accept the terms of use pertaining to the issuance of the gift voucher as may be in effect from time and shall agree to be bound by the same.

2.8. Loss or total destruction of the gift voucher shall not entitle the owner of the same to claim a replacement voucher or to reclaim the purchase price.

2.9. Only gift vouchers validated by the stamp of the issuer upon purchasing shall qualify as valid vouchers.

3. Gift vouchers may be purchased in the following ways:

· In person:

At the venues of WAMP design fairs:

o   in the 2019/2020 winter season (October 2019 - March 2020) at the WAMP information desk of Millenáris/Bálna Budapest

o   in the 2020 summer season (April 2020 - September 2020), at H-1054 Budapest, Erzsébet tér at the WAMP information booth on the boardwalk above Akvárium.

 

Opening hours:

In the winter period:    10:00-18:00

In the summer period:  11:00-19:00

 

4. Redeeming the gift voucher:

4.1. The voucher may be used during the period indicated on the same (period of use). The gift voucher may be redeemed at the WAMP design fairs until 31 December 2020, at any exhibitors.

4.2. The gift voucher may be transferred without limitations.

4.3. The owner of the gift voucher may purchase products by redeeming the gift voucher within the period of use at the WAMP fairs at the issue value of the gift voucher.

4.4. The person possessing the voucher shall qualify as the owner of the same. Neither the issuer nor the place where the voucher is redeemed may inspect the ownership rights of the voucher.

4.5. The gift voucher is validated in a manner that the information certifying validity (issue date, validity period, stamp) is placed on the voucher.

4.6. The gift voucher is redeemed in a manner that the buyer hands the voucher over to the place of use as a form of paying the consideration of the product/services (in part).

4.7. In other matters, the purchase of goods or services shall be subject to the same regulations that are applicable in the case of purchasing goods or using services in exchange for money.

4.8. In the case the buyer purchases a product or services of a value less than the issue value of the gift voucher, the difference between the value and the issue value may not be reimbursed to the buyer in cash. The voucher may not be exchanged to cash.

4.9. As the gift voucher is a payment instrument, the seller will at all times issue an invoice about the full price of the product.

4.10. The gift voucher shall be free of any damage.  Damaged or deficient gift vouchers may not be used.

5. Returning purchased vouchers:

Purchased gift vouchers may be returned between 09.00 and 15.00 on working days at the office of Vásárnap Kft. (Paloma udvar: H-1053 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos utca 14-16, Mezzanine floor Room 10). Vouchers can be returned at their nominal value.

Vásárnap Kft. reserves the right to modify the terms of use and will publish the terms as may be in effect from time to time on the website thereof and in the cash desks of the fair prior to opening the fair.

Vásárnap Kft. may not modify the terms of attending the particular fair with retrospective effect.

By purchasing the WAMPER gift vouchers, the visitor accepts the terms of use.
