WAMP on Earth day
Erzsébet square, 20th April, Sunday 10 am-6 pm

Come to the first open air WAMP organised on Earth day. We will be focusing on cycling, recycling, and enviromental issues. On this week end's event you can "shop" without money, you can make recyled toys or even join the bicycle beauty contest before the Critical Mass demonstration. Around 100 designers from all areas of design will sell their products on this open air market: fashion design, jewellery design, graphic design as well as recyling product design will be presented.

Shop without money: Bring your old dresses, vases or else and take another object home instead in the Hints Institute's Free shop.

Children can make recylcle objects in the children's corner all day from 10 am to 6 pm, DJ Wachter and Rene Mascarpone will provide music from noon.

Pimp your bike! Subsribe to the bicycle beauty contest, taking place at 2 pm before the Critical Mass demonstration. The jury (Karafiáth Orsolya, Bakos Gábor and a WAMP designer) will select the best and most decorated bike .First prize: „Cangira” bicycle bag 2. „creativeBike” coat 3. „balkan tango” cat eye set.

Play on words
Precious words, interesting forms: Enrich your vocabulary at the "djuice - Have fun with words" stand! You can choose among small and sweet cuddles and funny T-shirts conveying rarely used words which came now to reflector light. It's time to speak elaborately!

WAMP meets Merlin: on the occasion of the Earth Day WAMP cooperating with Merlin Theatre. On Varoshaza ter several programmes such as theatre performances, workshops, exhibitions and concerts are organised. (Csókolom and Krétakör Színész-group).
